MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a confident, results-oriented Manager to lead the strategic planning and execution of marketing and training initiatives within the Dealer Segment. This remote position requires collaboration with various internal teams and external partners to develop effective marketing programs and training strategies.

Requirements

• Experience in cabinet manufacturing is highly desired.
• Experience with Kitchen Design (Design Live preferred).
• Passion for kitchen design and teaching others.
• Some sales experience preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Willingness to travel 20% for training events.
• Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
