Associate Field Marketing & Training Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an Associate Field Marketing & Training Manager for the Americas Region to develop and execute field marketing and training activities to enhance brand awareness in the North American market.

In Short

• Manage execution and measurement of field marketing and training activities.
• Supervise 3rd party agency relationships and Field Marketing Representatives.
• Coordinate development and execution of marketing and training content.
• Manage training programs for retail sales associates.
• Develop a rolling 12-month marketing plan for training activities.
• Support regional trade shows and retail events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for aligned messaging.
• Gather competitive and retail intelligence for program recommendations.
• Manage budget and expense tracking for marketing programs.
• Travel required: 20 - 30% domestic.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in consumer products marketing.
• Experience in field team management and marketing/sales functions.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience in analyzing marketing program performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-learning development software.
• Knowledge in technology and consumer electronics is beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
