Overview

The Senior Manager, Regional Sales Dealer is responsible for leading sales strategies to drive profitable growth for MasterBrand's cabinet portfolio in New York and Pennsylvania.

In Short

  • Leadership role reporting to the VP of Sales Dealer.

  • Partner with internal teams for strategic planning and execution.
  • Travel required (50% of the time).
  • Residency in or near New York or Pennsylvania required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of Channel Sales experience, preferably in construction/remodel industries.
  • Proven record of strategic sales planning.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Experience with lean and continuous improvement processes.
