Overview

As a Solution Consultant (CRM AI) at Massive Rocket, you will spearhead our Hightouch AI Decisioning practice, partnering with sales and clients to design and implement AI-driven data pipelines that enhance real-time decision-making.

• Lead the Hightouch AI Decisioning practice.

Requirements

• 5+ years of CRM experience, preferably with Braze.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Experience in digital marketing best practices.
• Proficient in SQL and data analysis.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Hightouch or similar tools.
• Agile methodology experience.
• Proactive and results-driven attitude.
• Fluent in English (C1 level or above).
• Ability to document processes and best practices.
