Overview

As a Hungarian Speaking Caregiver Account Manager, you will acquire and manage your own client base, helping caregivers with care assignments and ensuring their satisfaction while working in a dynamic environment.

In Short

• No cold calling; advise caregivers who have expressed interest.
• Discuss care assignments and support caregivers during transitions.
• Independently manage a caregiver base as their main contact.
• Conduct satisfaction surveys with caregivers.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a recruiter or account manager for live-in caregivers if working remotely.
• Initial experience in account management, customer support, sales, or live-in care if working in an office.
• Enjoy making phone calls with a friendly demeanor.
• Personable, open, and communicative personality.
• Winner’s mentality with a willingness to learn and push forward.
• Fluent in Hungarian (C2) and good English or German.
• Experience with Salesforce, Pipedrive, or HubSpot is a plus.
