  • Bring expertise to strategic sales decisions as a partner to the executive team.
  • Foster a high-performing sales team environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of experience in a senior sales role.
  • Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for data-driven processes.
  • Empathetic leadership ability to inspire and support the team.
  • International experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
  • Adaptability in fast-paced markets.
  • Extensive experience with CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare or staffing industry is advantageous.
