Overview

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to help expand marta into Austria, enabling dignified living for those in need of care.

In Short

• Support the establishment and successful launch of our subsidiary in Austria, headquartered in Vienna.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team and various interdisciplinary teams (Tech, Marketing, Operations, Partners).
• Plan, structure, and implement all operational and strategic activities independently.
• Initially, work hands-on as the first point of contact for clients and care staff.
• Focus on building a team and developing tailored market strategies for the Austrian market.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in Business Development, Consulting, or Entrepreneurship.
• Ability to structure, prioritize, and work independently.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in engaging with various stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to actively shape structures.
• A “winner mentality”: willingness to learn, take initiative, and persist through challenges.
