Overview

Coinbase is seeking a passionate individual to drive the growth of stablecoins for payments usage and expand Coinbase's international presence.

In Short

• Lead strategic business development initiatives for international expansion.
• Propose innovative commercial and product structures.
• Work with both Retail and Institutional products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
• Educate stakeholders about international payment rails.
• Drive partnerships with banks, fintechs, and other service providers.
• Utilize data to inform product strategy and market entry.
• Occasional travel required.
• 10+ years of experience in strategic deal-oriented roles.
• Strong understanding of payments and crypto markets.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business development or related fields.
• Strong expertise in payments and crypto.
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in fast-paced environments.
• International experience preferred.
• Language skills in Portuguese, Spanish, or Hindi are a plus.
