Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager - Expansion to support the rollout of our Production Centers across Germany. You will challenge the status quo and persuade with your negotiation skills and expertise.

In Short

  • Organize site openings including selection, contract negotiation, and process implementation.
  • Create OPEX and CAPEX budgets ensuring strong business cases for new centers.
  • Build new processes in collaboration with HQ and operational teams.
  • Select and manage internal and external service providers.
  • Background in economics or engineering with relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in a startup, consulting, or fast-growing company is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for site establishment.
  • Hands-on mentality, responsibility, speed, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong numerical skills and professional analysis and presentation abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, decisiveness, and flexibility.
  • Fluent in German and English.
