Overview

The Business Development Manager will represent the Food Industry segment in food safety audits, lead and develop product managers, and establish long-term customer relationships while achieving budget goals.

Requirements

• Completed education or degree in food-related fields with experience in quality management or production.
• Strong sales affinity and experience in analyzing commercial metrics.
• Ideally certified as an auditor for a GFSI standard (e.g., IFS, BRC).
• Well-connected in the food industry with good market segment knowledge.
• Very good German (C1) and good English (B1) language skills, both written and spoken.
