Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to oversee all aspects of our services to broadcasters, record labels, and music publishers in Japan, focusing on customer development and revenue growth.

• New customer development including fingerprinting
• Further increase revenues with existing customers

• Implement functional modifications to existing systems

Requirements

• Based in Tokyo, Japan
• Experience in starting a music production or music copyright related business
• Must have sufficient IT skills and be able to give appropriate instructions to project managers and engineers
• Highly organized, multitasker and with strong attention to detail
• Excellent decision-making, critical thinking and problem-solving
• Passion about listening, asking, understanding and communicating
• Love for teamwork and learning
• Be comfortable dealing with a large amount of data and numbers
• Fluency in English and Japanese
