In Short

• Lead the operations of the Back Office team.
• Support end-to-end operations for all clients.
• Manage the Back Office operations team and track OKRs.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for timely operations.
• Understand products and gather requests from clients.
• Enforce QA procedures and analyze deliveries.
• Understand revenue streams in the CMO process.
• Understand different types of sources and their authoritativeness.
• Understand Multi Territorial Digital Licensing.
• Ensure information flows across all teams.

Requirements

• Experience in operations management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and enforce quality standards.
• Familiarity with revenue streams and digital licensing.
• Experience in the music industry is a plus.
