Inbound Sales Associate - Remote

Overview

The Inbound Sales Associate will be the first point of contact for customers calling marta, responsible for handling inquiries, documenting customer issues, and generating leads.

• Handle incoming calls from customers and prospects professionally.
• Document customer issues accurately in the system.
• Generate leads by conducting initial needs assessments.
• Ensure availability for customers during business hours.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree.
• Outgoing, communicative personality with a passion for phone interactions.
• Empathetic and able to build trust in challenging conversations.
• Structured and meticulous work ethic.
• Eager to learn and take responsibility.
• Fluent in German (C2 level); English is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Pipedrive, or HubSpot is helpful.
