Overview

We are building a talent pool for Account Managers with professional fluency in both German and English and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

In Short

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs
  • Responsible for onboarding and offboarding of clients and employees
  • Communicate/update progress of initiatives to leadership
  • Prepare monthly reports for client accounts
  • Collaborate with finance team on invoicing
  • Crosscheck and confirm payroll and reimbursements
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify growth opportunities
  • Assist with challenging client requests as needed

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role
  • Professional fluency in German and English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in account management or customer service
  • Ability to prepare reports and communicate effectively with teams
