Account Based Marketing Manager, German Speaking - Remote

Overview

The Account-Based Marketing Manager at SmartRecruiters works directly with our top account executives and other cross-functional leaders to build and execute account-specific marketing programs intended to increase awareness and engagement with our target accounts.

In Short

• Design and execute 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs that align to sales goals.
• Oversee account selection, account research, and planning.
• Coach and align stakeholders across Marketing, Sales Development, and Sales.
• Partner with content teams for campaign customization.
• Monitor key performance indicators for ABM programs.

Requirements

• Fluent in German with excellent writing skills.
• Proven track record in managing integrated B2B marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with the technology sales cycle.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong team player with relationship-building skills.
• Experience in high-tech B2B demand generation preferred.
• Experience in HR or recruiting technology preferred.
• Must be located in Germany, France, UK, or Poland.
