The mission of this role is to create and execute account-based marketing programs that create and build a sales and expansion pipeline for both the global sales and customer success teams.

In Short

  • Develop strategies to engage key accounts for both new business and expansion pipeline.
  • Create and launch segmented ABM programs across channels including paid, social media, email, and in-person events.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales and expansion teams.
  • Launch engaging webinars with topics relevant to ABM accounts.
  • Manage logistics for in-person gatherings with target customers.
  • Analyze campaign performance using KPIs.
  • Maintain knowledge of target prospect and customer accounts.
  • Coordinate with product and content marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with growth team to build a buyer journey.
  • Become an expert on target customers and their needs.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in account-based marketing / growth marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation and AI tools.
  • Hands-on experience creating multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise in data analysis.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to work closely with sales and customer success teams.
  • Experience driving accountability with sales reps.
  • Able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel periodically for in-person events.
