Overview

We are seeking a Hungarian-speaking VIP Support Manager for one of our projects, focusing on customer satisfaction and support in the gaming and wagering industry.

In Short

  • Receive and process customer requests through chats and emails.
  • Assist clients with finance and platform-related questions.
  • Maintain a database of customer requests with a focus on quality.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and manage indicators.
  • Collect information on issues and communicate with senior colleagues.
  • Inform customers about bonuses and promotions.
  • Communicate with clients throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Work with Tableau, REA, Backoffice.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Good computer skills, especially in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Willingness to learn in customer service.
  • Attention to detail and hard work ethic.
  • Analytical skills and basic data skills.
  • Creativity and idea generation ability.
  • Team player and ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of English (B1 level) and Hungarian (native/C1 level).
