Account Manager - Remote

Overview

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing your own client base, making a social impact while benefiting from attractive commissions.

In Short

• No cold calling; you advise interested caregivers and build your pipeline.
• Discuss care assignments with caregivers and support them.
• Manage your caregiver base and be their main contact.
• Conduct satisfaction surveys with caregivers.
• Provide conflict resolution best practices.
• Collaborate with international teams.
• Provide feedback to improve processes and customer experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a recruiter or account manager for live-in caregivers if working remotely.
• Initial experience in account management, customer support, or sales if working in the office.
• Enjoy making phone calls with a friendly demeanor.
• Personable, open, and communicative personality.
• Winner's mentality; ready to learn and push forward.
• Fluent in Croatian (C2) and good English or German (>B2).
• Experience with Salesforce, Pipedrive, or HubSpot is an advantage.
