Account Manager - Remote

Overview

American Lumper Services is a nationwide labor management company specializing in warehouse environments and efficiency optimization. We are looking for an account manager to support our growing hourly operation team.

In Short

• Support the hourly operation team in client relations, recruiting, payroll, HR, and customer service.
• Conduct coaching and mentoring for team members.
• Manage overall support for the team.
• Mostly remote position with monthly site visits.
• Hours based on business need, rarely exceeding 40 hours per week.
• Availability for weekends and evenings required.
• Freedom in scheduling based on business needs.
• Self-driven and self-motivated individuals are preferred.
• Attention to detail and clear communication are critical.
• Some travel involved.

Requirements

• Experience leading and managing people.
• Exceptional soft skills and a caring attitude towards people.
• Proficient computer skills including email, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Great attitude and desire to help.
• Solution-minded and creative problem-solving skills.
• Experience in warehousing is helpful but not mandatory.
• Goal-oriented mindset.
