Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management or client-facing roles
  • Strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Experience managing at-risk accounts and developing recovery plans
  • Ability to communicate effectively and hold clients accountable
  • Structured approach to managing a book of business
  • Specialty in HLS, GRB, mid-market SaaS, or RevOps preferred
