Requirements

• C2 Level English proficiency required.
• Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
• Ability to create high-quality SOPs and technical guides.
• Experience in a US-based SaaS or technology firm preferred.
• Leadership presence and business acumen.
• AI literacy for productivity improvements.
• Strong communication skills for client-facing roles.
