Overview

As a Strategic Account Manager at Markforged, you will drive direct business growth by generating new revenue streams and developing strategic partnerships, while working in a fast-paced environment.

In Short

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Develop a sustainable sales pipeline through outbound initiatives.
  • Research and present business transformational proposals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners.
  • Qualify prospects and manage opportunities through the sales pipeline.
  • Articulate Industry 4.0 insights to help manufacturers.
  • Any other duties as reasonably required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Significant experience in a business development role.
  • Experience in direct sales to C-level executives.
  • High tech sales experience, such as 3D CAD Sales, is beneficial.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of design and manufacturing industry trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
