Mangomint is looking for a high energy and tech savvy Account Executive to join our growing sales team, helping salon and spa owners become more profitable.

In Short

  • Become an expert in the Mangomint product and the industry we serve.
  • Manage the full sales process from lead to closed opportunity.
  • Maintain and nurture a strong sales pipeline.
  • Sell on the value for our customers rather than technical functionality/features.
  • Act as the voice of our customers, gathering feedback for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with our onboarding team.
  • Exceed your quota to help your teammates and company succeed.
  • Work EST business hours.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in software sales.
  • Consultative, customer-first sales approach.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Confident interacting with new people over various communication methods.
  • Proven history of professional success.
  • Commitment to professional growth and development.
  • Strong sales acumen, time management and organizational skills.
  • Thrives in a high velocity environment.
  • Experience with small service-based businesses is a plus.
