Overview

The Sales & Partnerships Executive will drive revenue growth and develop strategic partnerships in the FX and financial markets, focusing on acquiring new clients and managing key relationships.

In Short

  • Identify and onboard new clients including corporates and financial institutions.
  • Promote FX solutions and trading products.
  • Generate leads through outbound sales and networking.
  • Manage the full sales cycle and post-sales relationships.
  • Meet or exceed revenue and volume targets.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with banks and fintechs.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements.
  • Stay informed on FX market trends and provide insights.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines using CRM tools.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in FX sales or financial markets.
  • Strong understanding of FX products and commodity markets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Experience with international clients is a plus.
