Overview

The Senior Enterprise Account Manager owns and grows a portfolio of high-value US Government and commercial accounts at Maltego, a leading provider of intelligence software. Your mission is to maximize Net Revenue Retention (NRR), ensure high renewal rates, and expand customer advocacy usage of Maltego solutions.

In Short

  • Own the renewal and expansion process across assigned US Federal and commercial accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow NRR and customer value.
  • Build and maintain strong multi-level relationships within government and enterprise organizations.
  • Identify, scope, and close cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Product, and Enablement teams.
  • Act as the voice of the customer—gather insights and share feedback.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and participate in regular pipeline reviews.
  • Represent Maltego at industry events and customer briefings.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise account management experience.
  • US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
  • Proven success in driving renewals and customer retention.
  • Experience supporting US Federal Government clients.
  • Familiarity with OSINT and data-fusion technologies.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a global organization.
