Overview

Auror is empowering the retail industry to tackle theft and Organised Retail Crime, a $150 Billion problem globally. We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead one of our most important enterprise retail partnerships in North America.

In Short

  • Manage a strategic enterprise relationship with a high-value SaaS partnership.
  • Lead revenue growth by driving the full upsell lifecycle.
  • Translate customer challenges into actionable insights for partnership and product roadmap.
  • Craft and present business cases and strategic updates for senior decision-makers.
  • Run QBRs and workshops to build trust and strengthen partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams for delivery excellence.
  • Work from the customer's office approximately one day per week.
  • Relocation support available for the right candidate.
  • Quotas measured by revenue expansion and customer engagement.
  • Report to the Director of Retail Partnerships.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management or sales within the SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of customer engagement and relationship management.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex priorities and align strategies.
  • Experience in collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Willingness to work on-site with customers.
  • Passion for making a difference in the retail industry.
  • Leadership experience is a plus.
