Step into a mission-driven role where you’ll manage key relationships with some of the largest health systems in the country. As the central point of contact, you’ll lead enterprise client success by driving platform adoption, optimizing workflows, and identifying opportunities for growth and integration. This position combines strategic account management, technical troubleshooting, and collaborative solution-building—all in a fast-paced digital health environment that values innovation and impact. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and help shape how life-saving medical equipment is delivered to patients nationwide.

In Short

  • Take ownership of enterprise accounts post-integration, ensuring smooth transitions and long-term success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across large health systems.
  • Develop strategic account plans to optimize platform usage and encourage client engagement.
  • Plan and deliver impactful quarterly business reviews with performance metrics and growth strategies.
  • Support EHR integration and workflow optimization, particularly within Epic and Cerner environments.
  • Troubleshoot integration challenges and collaborate with internal support and product teams.
  • Provide refresher trainings, demos, and user support to ensure continued adoption and satisfaction.
  • Analyze client usage trends and workflows to deliver data-driven insights that drive growth.
  • Collect user feedback, escalate feature requests, and partner with internal teams to improve the platform.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Product, Implementation, and Support to deliver a unified client experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of EHR systems, especially Epic and Cerner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of driving client success and platform adoption.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
