Overview

As a Senior Account Manager at Maltego, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers achieve success and maximize their return on investment while managing the commercial relationship.

In Short

  • Ownership of an account portfolio with performance accountability.
  • Manage the full customer journey from onboarding to renewal.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Identify customer risks and develop tailored mitigation plans.
  • Identify growth opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell.
  • Execute success plans and strategic account development plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with an interest in cyber security or law enforcement.
  • 5+ years in B2B Account Management, preferably in software/cyber security.
  • Experience in strategic account and success management.
  • Strong communication skills and negotiation abilities.
  • Problem solver with a goal-getter attitude.
  • Affinity for software tools and experience with Microsoft Office and CRM.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
