Overview

The Senior Account Manager will manage a book of business focusing on large accounts in the hospitality and private equity sectors, ensuring account retention and supporting new business initiatives.

In Short

  • Manage an assigned book of business with a focus on account retention.
  • Coordinate administrative and customer service activities.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the account management team.
  • Handle customer service requests, policy administration, and billing.
  • Conduct client research and prepare submissions for renewals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of account management experience or 10+ years in the insurance industry.
  • Active P&C license required; CIC or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
