In Short

  • Lead the Commercial Account Management team covering all customer accounts under 2,000 employees.
  • Build and develop a team of Account Managers to deepen customer relationships.
  • Drive strategic expansions and ensure high retention.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Product, and Marketing.
  • Participate in customer conversations and coach deal strategy.
  • Design and optimize processes, KPIs, and incentives for efficiency.
  • Act as a strong voice of the customer to align Zip’s roadmap with customer needs.
  • Be a founding leader of a foundational GTM function as Zip grows.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience leading Account Management or Sales teams.
  • Proven success hitting revenue targets.
  • Ability to manage high-volume customer portfolios.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in forecasting and reporting.
  • Experience in fast-growth SaaS environments.
  • Passion for team development with experience coaching early-career sellers.
