In Short

  • Lead a team responsible for fast-growing accounts between SMB and Mid-Market.
  • Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets by expanding and retaining customers.
  • Shape and scale a global commercial sales team through coaching and structured processes.
  • Meet and exceed commercial revenue goals through a team of Account Managers.
  • Set and optimize pipeline targets ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Drive execution of sales methodologies and ensure CRM alignment.
  • Coach Account Managers to enhance sales performance.
  • Provide leadership with forecasts and trend analyses.
  • Support demos and negotiate complex deals as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of international sales experience, preferably in the US market.
  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience in a tech or product-focused environment.
  • Strong track record in B2B sales with moderate to complex deal structures.
  • Exceptional contractual and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • A resourceful mentality, thriving in fast-paced conditions.
