Overview

The Senior Director of Customer Experience Enablement will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and impact of the Customer Experience team at MagicSchool, a leading generative AI platform for teachers.

In Short

  • Lead key CX initiatives with clear goals and timelines.
  • Track and analyze KPIs and team performance.
  • Implement process improvements for CX workflows.
  • Support team alignment through planning and communication.
  • Collaborate across teams to align CX priorities with business goals.
  • Partner with leadership on strategic planning and goal-setting.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of customer experience best practices.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and extract insights.
  • Skilled in aligning initiatives with business goals.
  • Preferred experience with SFDC or Gong.
  • 10+ years in SaaS enablement and operations.
  • Experience in high growth startups.
  • Preferred: Customer Success experience.
  • Preferred: Experience in education or EdTech.
