In Short

  • Support the CRO GTM plan and build a customer experience strategy.
  • Ensure full engagement with Miovision Customer Care team.
  • Build an efficient process and RACI across the organization.
  • Represent your team at the Revenue Operations Leadership Team.
  • Lead and empower a high-performing team.
  • Support various stages of the Customer Journey.
  • Work closely with peers and leaders from outside the Revenue Operations department.
  • Create a high-energy team that is flexible with business demands.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing a Customer Experience Team.
  • Strategic thinker with strong networking aptitude.
  • Ability to lead and generate results in a functional leadership position.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in teams with multiple organizations.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Experience with general consulting skills.
  • Analytical nature with problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented and customer-focused.
