Overview

Blueland is seeking a data-driven and process-oriented Director of Customer Experience (CX) to deliver an exceptional support experience and continuously improve our end-to-end customer experience leveraging customer feedback and insights.

In Short

  • Manage a small remote team of U.S. based employees and BPO team members.
  • Drive high performance and efficiency in customer experience.
  • Lead planning and execution of initiatives to achieve CX KPIs.

  • Join the Growth Marketing team.
  • Report to the VP of DTC.
  • Focus on leveraging customer feedback and insights.

  • Experience in customer experience management.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage remote teams effectively.

  • Understanding of CX KPIs and metrics.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
