Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist at Miovision, you will be the frontline support for our Intelligent Transportation Systems customers, helping them navigate technical challenges and ensuring smooth operations.

In Short

  • Act as the first point of contact for technical support.
  • Diagnose hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Provide effective resolution options for customers.
  • Assist customers with hardware installation and software upgrades.
  • Deliver hands-on training for product usage.
  • Document issues and maintain knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams for complex cases.
  • Optimize internal workflows and customer support experience.
  • Manage RMA and warranty parts orders.
  • Advocate for customer needs in cross-functional meetings.

Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge related to hardware and software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in tech support or related IT roles.
  • Ability to speak both French and English fluently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Empathy and customer-centric mindset.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
