Overview

The Customer Support Specialist will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and friendly assistance via email and live chat in a remote setting.

In Short

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat.
  • Resolve customer questions and issues with empathy.
  • Document customer interactions in CRM.
  • Perform quality assurance checks.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Follow standard procedures for service quality.
  • Contribute to team knowledge bases.
  • Meet individual KPIs for response time and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs.
  • Work closely with the Customer Support Supervisor.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with computer applications.
  • Positive attitude and desire to help customers.
  • Prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience with CRM platforms is an asset.
  • Familiarity with automotive or market research industries is a plus.
