Overview

The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for creating continuity between 3DR Labs’ customers and the floor techs completing the post-processing of cases, providing exceptional customer service in a remote environment.

In Short

  • Work remotely as a Customer Support Specialist for 3DR Labs.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to hospitals and imaging centers.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, fax, and email.
  • Handle order entry, follow-ups, and delivery notifications.
  • Work a weekend shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Fri/Sat/Sun.
  • Resolve customer problems and ensure positive patient outcomes.
  • Utilize expertise to answer inquiries and improve processes.
  • Adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor in all communications.
  • Champion teamwork and collaboration within the department.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Critical thinking and decisive judgment abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Customer service or call center experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours as needed.
