Overview

Miovision is looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team. We love to meet our customer’s needs with every interaction. Our CSMs empower our entire support organization to proactively manage post-sales customer relationships, measure customer health, maximize revenue growth, and drive a culture of customer success.

In Short

  • Manage customer relationships from onboarding to renewal.
  • Document customer journeys and implementation processes.
  • Develop trusted relationships with customers and key contacts.
  • Own a book of business, driving retention and growth.
  • Advocate for customers and improve their experience.
  • Understand customer objectives and deliver solutions.
  • Monitor and manage customer health and escalations.
  • Coordinate with product teams on documentation and enablement.
  • Travel approximately 50% across the US and North America.
  • Support customers with technical implementation of Miovision products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, engineering, or business development.
  • 5+ years in technical account management or project management.
  • 5+ years supporting customers in a B2B technical industry.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on technical and commercial outcomes.
  • Ability to learn technical concepts and align them with customer needs.
  • Passion and empathy for understanding customers.
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of managing customer relationships.
  • Located in the Central US to be close to partners and key accounts.
