Overview

InMoment is looking for a confident, charismatic Enterprise Sales Director- CX, who is not afraid of collaborating with large enterprises while bringing your passion, knowledge, and integrity. Using your experience in the Customer/Employee Experience domain, you will hit the ground running to help us engage customers, demonstrate the true value of Experience Improvement and driving ROI. This is an individual contributor role that will be focused on driving expansion within multiple industry disciplines and may have the potential to offer sales leadership in the medium term.

  • 10+ years’ experience selling enterprise solutions
  • Experience selling SaaS/Cloud model subscription solutions
  • Must love technology sales and building long-term business relationships
  • Agile, high EQ, innovative, challenger mind-set players
  • Strong ability to learn new technology and ramp-up quickly
  • Proven ability to listen and understand customer needs with an empathetic ear
  • Ability to work in a high-energy technical team environment as a team player
  • Ability and desire to personally develop new business in a growing market
  • Live and breathe customer service and demonstrate a customer-first attitude at all times
  • Communicate effectively and effortlessly with internal and external customers
