Overview

As an Infrastructure and Text Analyst at Inmoment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of our infrastructure while leveraging advanced text analysis techniques to extract actionable insights from customer feedback data.

• Monitor and maintain the performance, availability, and security of our infrastructure.
• Manage data processing pipeline conversion projects.
• Utilize InMoment platforms and tools for various tasks.
• Set up development projects for the Text Analytics Team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
• Access structured and unstructured data for taxonomy development.
• Oversee the setup of questions, surveys, and workflows for clients.
• Manage data processing for clients.
• Develop and implement NLP algorithms and models.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong language and editing skills.
• Solid understanding of NLP techniques.
• Familiarity with text analysis frameworks.
• Some experience in a programming language.
• Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
