Overview

As an Account Manager, you will be the driving force behind our clients' success, helping them explore the limitless possibilities within their InMoment programmes. Account Managers are responsible for delivering on client post-sale experience with excellence, ensuring clients get tangible value from their technology investment with InMoment.

In Short

  • Own client management and operational execution.
  • Coordinate implementation and serve as primary point of contact.
  • Train customers on the platform.
  • Lead cross-functional support to solve client needs.
  • Facilitate fiscal responsibility processes.
  • Support Account Director on client changes and renewals.
  • Prepare clients for success in the platform.
  • Adaptable with change and lots of moving parts.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience with SaaS technology subscriptions.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Experience disciplines.
  • Organized and proficient in project management.
  • Able to quickly learn and adopt technology.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in client management.
  • Ability to manage expectations during implementation.
  • Experience in data analysis.
  • Ability to facilitate client UAT.
  • Experience in technical support.
  • Ability to co-develop account strategy.
