Overview

MagicSchool is seeking a mission-driven Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) to lead strategic partnerships with schools and districts across your region. This role will directly reduce teacher burnout and accelerate student learning through impactful implementation of our tools.

In Short

• Own a portfolio of school and district relationships.
• Drive adoption and engagement of MagicSchool tools.
• Create compelling support materials for implementation.
• Monitor usage and performance data for interventions.
• Secure renewals and grow expansion revenue.
• Contribute to the CX playbook and internal systems.

• Work closely with teachers and district leaders.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.
• 5+ years in SaaS Customer Success required.
