Associate Partner Account Manager - Remote

Overview

The Associate Partner Account Manager will be responsible for educating physicians about Luna's services and obtaining patient referrals for physical therapy treatment, while building relationships through outreach.

In Short

• Act as the 'face' of Luna in an assigned region.
• Understand field sales and apply knowledge to complete tasks.
• Manage 2-4 markets focusing on key partners to grow sales.
• Create relationships with physicians through effective communication.
• Encourage referrals to Luna by building trust with physicians.
• Schedule and perform virtual and in-person briefings.
• Analyze regional data to innovate processes for patient volume.
• Maintain organized data on working relationships and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Luna employees respectfully and professionally.
• Meet or exceed monthly productivity goals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of related sales experience, healthcare preferred.
• Experience with email campaigns and marketing methods.
• Result-driven with an eagerness to succeed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in G-Suite; HubSpot experience a plus.
