Overview

The Associate Account Manager will be co-responsible for ensuring customer success, technical integration health, revenue growth, and strategic opportunities with OpenX across our products and publisher clients.

In Short

  • Manage DSP relationships across the OpenX Ad Exchange.
  • Work closely with Account Directors and internal teams.
  • Ensure customer success and technical integration health.
  • Monitor revenue and business health.
  • Conduct trend analysis and client relations.
  • Resolve DSP requests and issues.
  • Be a strategic thinker with analytical skills.
  • Support DSP partners in North America and EMEA.
  • Develop valuable relationships with DSP partners.
  • Help enable OpenX to become a trusted advisor.
