Account Manager Associate - Remote

Overview

The main purpose of the Account Managers’ Associate (AMA) is to assist our Account Managers with their work and provide support to the Service Department, primarily by assisting with technical tasks on the Klaviyo.

In Short

• Setting up clients' email campaigns and marketing flows in Klaviyo.
• Generating weekly and monthly performance reports for clients.
• Participating in internal training activities for AMAs.
• Assisting Account Managers with various tasks in Klaviyo.
• Continuously discovering industry-wide best practices.
• Working on various tasks and projects as delegated.
• Collaborating with a team of marketing professionals.
• Reporting directly to the AMA Lead and Service Director.
• Committing to a full-time role with tracked hours.
• Receiving contractor status after signing a non-disclosure agreement.

Requirements

• Excellent technical skills and in-depth knowledge of Klaviyo.
• Great creativity, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Willingness to participate in various projects across departments.
• Commitment to a 30-day notice period after the first month.
• Regular performance reviews every 9-12 months.
