Copywriter - Remote

Overview

The main purpose of the Copywriter is to work on copy-related tasks for your assigned clients and stores as part of the Service Department, with the responsibility to create quality, effective, well-written, error-free, and impactful email marketing campaigns that convert and drive sales for our clients.

• Creating high-quality, on-brand copy for email and SMS campaigns.
• Developing marketing-oriented copy decks focused on conversions.
• Assisting with various copywriting tasks as part of the Copy Team.
• Understanding and advising on brand identity and copy ideas.
• Implementing feedback and maintaining high copy standards.
• Writing for internal marketing efforts as needed.
• Continuously improving writing and editing skills.
• Participating in training and skill-building sessions.
• Working collaboratively with the team.
• Reporting directly to the Head of Copy and Service Director.

Requirements

• At least 12 months of experience as a Copywriter.
• Experience using Klaviyo or agency experience is a plus.
• Established copywriting portfolio.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work autonomously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with remote work.
• Fluent in English.
• Responsive and accountable.
• Open to feedback and improvement.
