Account Manager Associate - Remote

Overview

The Account Manager Associate (AMA) will assist Account Managers with technical tasks primarily using Klaviyo, ensuring effective email marketing for clients.

• Assist Account Managers with email campaigns and marketing flows in Klaviyo.
• Generate performance reports for clients using Klaviyo.
• Participate in internal training for AMAs.
• Research new practices and trends in email marketing.
• Analyze A/B testing and campaign performance.
• Continuously develop technical skills related to Klaviyo.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed.
• Work on various tasks and projects as delegated.
• Participate in team calls and training sessions.
• Report directly to the AMA Lead and Service Director.

Requirements

• Full-time commitment with general availability for office hours.
• Ability to track an average of 140 hours per month.
• Technical proficiency in Klaviyo.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in various projects.
• Ability to work harmoniously within a team.
• Commitment to a 30-day notice period after the first month.
• Regular performance reviews every 9-12 months.
