Overview

As a Sales Development Representative at Lumos, you will play a crucial role in introducing our innovative app and access management solutions to enterprises, driving sales and building valuable relationships.

In Short

  • Own the outbound sales engine and help build pipeline.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to identify key decision makers.
  • Create value-based outreach plans.
  • Build meaningful relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Qualify inbound inquiries for Account Executives.
  • Provide feedback to improve sales effectiveness.
  • 1+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales Development.
  • Strong communication skills and adaptability.
  • Ability to work EST/CST hours.
  • Prior remote work experience preferred.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales Development.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and cold-calling.
  • Familiarity with IT, Security, GRC, or similar buyers.
  • Strong communication skills and ethical operation.
  • Ability to work in a start-up environment.
  • Experience selling cybersecurity is a plus.
  • Ability to work EST/CST hours.
  • Prior remote work experience preferred.
