Overview

The Technical Implementation Engineer plays a key role in implementing technical banking solutions of the Lumin Digital banking platform and facilitating data conversion into the system.

In Short

Implement, configure and test the digital banking application.
Collaborate with clients, vendors, and project managers.
Serve as a technical advisor to clients.
Lead troubleshooting efforts with third-party vendors.
Perform requirement and gap analysis.
Assist with data conversion efforts.
Document workflows for custom implementations.
Provide support for production operations.
Review and develop software solutions using Lumin Digital’s SDK.
Work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

2+ years experience in software implementations or development.
Experience in financial software implementation preferred.
Eagerness to learn new skills and technologies.
Working knowledge of programming languages like C#, Java, SQL.
Knowledge of cloud-native technologies like AWS.
Experience with JIRA or agile project management tools.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimal travel required.
