Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer to join the team at Lumiform. In this role, you’ll build the engine that fills our sales pipeline: mapping our total addressable market, finding the right contacts, and running signal-based outbound campaigns that get demos on the calendar.

In Short

• Own the top of the sales funnel and build the necessary infrastructure.
• Identify the right companies and contacts for outreach.
• Run outbound campaigns across various channels.
• Work closely with the CEO and sales team to book meetings.
• Utilize tools like Clay, n8n/Make, and HubSpot.
• Ensure CRM data hygiene and management.
• Perform manual research as needed.
• Continuously test and optimize outreach strategies.

Requirements

• Fluency in Clay and HubSpot.
• Experience in writing effective outbound copy.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decisions.
• Hands-on experience in running outbound campaigns.
• Willingness to perform manual research when necessary.
• Background in business, marketing, or equivalent experience.
